We firmly believe that the nCov-19 epidemic will soon be behind us.<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n

2020 has gotten off to a tumultuous start, and following the outbreak of novel coronavirus in the lead up to Chinese New Year nothing will be the same.<\/p>\n

The Chinese government has taken extraordinary measures to contain the virus, its decisive actions aimed at transmission prevention and containment now showing positive results.<\/p>\n

The latest figures show that the inflection point is now imminent, with the number of existing cases nationwide showing a steady decline over the last week, from 58,044 people on February 17th to 47,676 on February 25th, according to the National Health Commission.<\/p>\n

Similarly in Shanghai over the last week, existing cases have more than halved from 155 people on February 19th to 71 on February 25th, with cumulative confirmed cases and deaths holding at 335 and 3 people respectively, and those recovering continuing to increase to 261 in Shanghai.<\/p>\n

These figures are very encouraging and show that China is now winning this battle, and as spring emerges and the weather warms we firmly believe that the nCov-19 epidemic will soon be behind us.<\/p>\n

In order to fight against the novel coronavirus, CHINA AID has actively responded to the government\u2019s call for health and safety measures, with our team resuming work remotely from February 10th and maintaining operations via online platforms.<\/p>\n

It is anticipated that exhibition activities in Shanghai will gradually return to normal from the second quarter of 2020.
