The International Exhibition of Senior Care, Rehabilitation Medicine and Healthcare Shanghai, known as AID, is co organized by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai. Since its establishment in 2000, the exhibition has grown in parallel with China’s silver industry for 25 years. Evolving alongside the industry’s development, it has expanded from a business to business platform into a comprehensive industry gathering that integrates product showcases, technology exchange, policy dialogue, as well as global commerce and retail engagement.

A Year-Round Tour in Shanghai’s Popular Business Districts · A New Offline Retail Format for the Silver Economy
As a featured IP of the “May 5 Shopping Festival”, the Golden Years Lifestyle Carnival touring series serves as an integrated platform that precisely connects three core elements: the elderly consumer (people), age-friendly products and services (goods), and shopping malls with senior-friendly potential (venues). Through immersive “mini-exhibitions” and rich interactive activities, it explores and energizes new offline retail models for the silver economy. The initiative creates a delightful and convenient shopping environment for elderly consumers, provides new channels for brand display and sales for enterprises, and injects vitality and customer flow into commercial spaces.
