The 9th China Senior Care Industry Lujiazui Summit will be held on September 15-16 at the Shanghai International Convention Center. We will also organize a ‘Shanghai Senior Care Facility Tour’ on the afternoon of September 14 and the morning of September 17 (i.e., the afternoon before and the morning after the conference).

Registration for the visits is now officially open!

The visits are scheduled for two sessions: the afternoon of September 14 and the morning of September 17, i.e., the afternoon before and the morning after the conference. Please note:

1. Visit ActivitiesOpen exclusively to delegates of the 9th China Senior Care Industry Lujiazui Summit. Please activate your attendee information promptly after purchasing your ticket.(In the ‘Elderly Care Welfare Circle’ mini-program, go to ‘Personal Center’ at the bottom right, find the corresponding registration certificate under ‘Tickets’, click ‘Activate’, and fill in your personal information.)

2. Each attendee can register for only one route. Registration for the site visits will be verified against the attendee’s mobile number (based on the number provided during ‘Activation’).

3. The organizing committee will provide shuttle buses departing uniformly from the Shanghai International Convention Center. Please do not make your own way to the visit sites.

4. A registration fee will be charged for this year’s site visit activity:RMB 100 (a VAT general invoice will be issued). Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (the registration channel will close once full).Once registration is successful, no refunds will be accepted., thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shanghai Putuo Chengyi Nursing Home is located at No. 96, Lane 251, Zaoyang Road, Changfeng Subdistrict, Putuo District. It is the first high-quality elderly care institution independently invested and built by Shanghai Chengtou Group. With its ‘medical-care-rehabilitation integration’ model and ‘smart elderly care’ services, the nursing home has become a benchmark project for elderly care in Putuo District. It has received a series of honors including ‘Shanghai’s First Batch of Smart Elderly Care Demonstration Sites’, ‘Excellent’ institution in Shanghai’s elderly care institution service quality monitoring, Shanghai’s Grade III elderly care institution, and Putuo District’s ‘Top Ten’ elderly service projects. Shanghai Health & Elderly Care Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Elderly Care Group) was registered and established on August 8, 2022, with a registered capital of 5 billion yuan, jointly funded by Bright Food Group and China Pacific Insurance Group.

Jujiaqiao Wellness Care Center is the second institutional elderly care project of Shanghai Elderly Care Group. Located at Building 2, Lane 955, Jujiaqiao Road, Pudong New Area, the project has a total construction area of 5,069 square meters, spanning 7 floors, with an approved capacity of 167 beds.

Since its trial operation in September 2024, we have served an average of 60 people per day and established records for over 600 elderly individuals. Actively responding to Putuo District’s ’15-minute elderly care service circle’ initiative, we provide both public welfare and market-based home care services: we conduct door-to-door visits and condolences for 1,000 households of elderly living alone or in elderly-only families in the community, and with support from the Shanghai Senior Citizens Foundation and the district civil affairs department, we offer free bathing assistance and 24-hour emergency response services for elderly in need. On the market side, the center has a care team of nearly 50 people, providing one-on-one services such as hospital accompaniment, inpatient care, hourly housekeeping, day and night care, and live-in nannies. The Zhangjiaxiang Senior Canteen has been operating for nearly 20 years. In October 2024, it launched small-pot dishes for dine-in and integrated the Senior Care Card discount (9% off for ages 60-80, plus a 2 yuan discount on purchases over 15 yuan; 8.5% off for ages 80 and above, plus a 3 yuan discount on purchases over 15 yuan). In April 2025, dinner service was added, achieving three meals a day with warmth all year round.
