To implement Minhang District’s‘Golden Age Planning Consultant One-Stop Service Community Empowerment Plan’, further consolidate the foundation of community elderly services, and enhance the professional capabilities of grassroots elderly service teams, Hongqiao Town recently carried out a special themed publicity and education activity, focusing on two key areas: elderly financial planning and retirement planning, providing professional and practical knowledge training for elderly service workers in the jurisdiction.
This activity was held at theHongqiao Town Hongsong East Road Community Comprehensive Elderly Service Center,Mainly aimed at management personnel and key staff of elderly care institutions and home care service organizations, community aging cadres, active community volunteers, and other personnel related to elderly care services.
The event focuses on“What is healthy pension finance?”and“How to plan for future elderly care?”as its two core themes, closely addressing the most concerning and realistic elderly care issues for the current elderly population, and precisely matching the actual needs of grassroots elderly care services.
The themed course on “What is healthy pension finance”was taught on-site by financial experts from Bank of Shanghai, who popularized basic pension finance knowledge, analyzed and explained suitable financial planning approaches for middle-aged and elderly groups, and exposed common elderly care fraud schemes prevalent in the market today.
